Terms applicable to all bookings other than agents

1.1 Making a booking
To make a booking you must be over 18. When you book you are accepting Les Ormes terms and conditions. On receipt of the confirmation a binding contract comes into existence. On booking we require a deposit of £100 per Lodge and £200 for all other Self Catering units (Le Tir £500). Refunds will only be made in accordance with clause 1.3

1.2 Payment of balance
The amount payable will be shown on your confirmation. The balance of accommodation will be charged to your credit card approximately 60 days before your scheduled arrival.

1.3 Cancellation by you
Les Ormes recommends that all guests take out adequate travel insurance. The below cancellation charges are applied to all bookings

The balance of cancellation charges will be charged to your credit card on receipt of cancellation. Les Ormes will email a cancellation invoice for insurance claims

1.4 Prices
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling. The prices quoted to you are known prices. Les Ormes reserves the right to add any future local taxes that may be levied on our goods and services. In this instance Les Ormes will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable period of the introduction of such taxes.

1.5 If we have to change your booking
Occasionally we need to make changes to bookings after confirmation. Whilst we endeavour not to make changes we reserve the right to make changes to your booking to correct errors howsoever caused. We will endeavour to inform you of these changes within a reasonable time from us making the change.

1.6 If we have to cancel your holiday
Les Ormes reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time before your scheduled date of arrival. In these circumstances Les Ormes will refund in full all monies paid. Notwithstanding clause 1.7 Les Ormes agrees to provide you with self catering or hotel accommodation to a similar standard where we can not notify you within 12 hours of your scheduled arrival that we cannot provide the accommodation you booked.

1.7 Force Majeure
We regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation for cancellation by any party due to acts out of our control. Such acts of force majeure would include; war, threats or acts of terrorism, fire, flood, fog or natural disaster or any similar event outside our control.

1.8 Les Ormes partner companies
Les Ormes cannot take responsibility for cancellation or reduction of services by any partner company it uses. By partner company we mean all companies who provide services to Les Ormes guests as part of your booking.

1.9 Behavior and responsibility for damage to Les Ormes Property
Les Ormes is a family environment and reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund at any time after arrival where you fail to respect the quiet enjoyment of other Les Ormes users. You are responsible for any damage howsoever caused to Les Ormes Property and Les Ormes reserves the right to charge you in full for any damage caused.

2.0 Standards of care
Notwithstanding any statutory right we cannot be responsible for any injury or death caused on Les Ormes Property. Les Ormes is not liable howsoever caused for injury or death caused on a partner company’s property or place of business.

2.1 Complaint and claims
If you have a complaint you must inform us as soon as possible. If you have booked and paid via an agent then you must claim any compensation by way of that agent.

2.2 Information provided to you
Any promotional material whether provided by us or our agents is an offer to treat and cannot form a binding contract. We endeavour to check the accuracy of the information we provide, however Les Ormes is not liable for an inaccuracies within our or our agents information that is supplied to you.

2.3 Hire Cars
Without prejudice to any terms or conditions within the contract made by you with our nominated hire car supplier, Les Ormes is not responsible for any surcharges or excess charges pertaining to the hire car provided in your booking. You must provide the hire car company with a valid driving licence for each driver and pay local charges by credit/debit card. Les Ormes will not refund any hire car charges for the hire car provided in your rate after confirmation of your booking from the hire car company has been received by us

2.4 The Contract
All contractual obligations arising from this contract come into existence in Jersey and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Jersey  Courts.

Terms applicable to all agent bookings

1.Making a booking
To make an agent booking you must be a bona fide accommodation provider approved by Les Ormes. When you book you are accepting Les Ormes terms and conditions. On receipt of the confirmation a binding contract comes into existence. On booking we do not require a deposit; however refunds will only be made in accordance with clause 1.3. Les Ormes reserves the right to revoke agent’s privileges at any tine

1.1   Block and provisional  bookings
All bookings made are firm bookings and we do not allow options or provisional bookings, if we reasonably believe
any one agent is block booking accommodation in the anticipation of selling that accommodation at a later date, we reserve the right to ask for full payment on demand.

1.2 Payment of balance
The amount payable will be shown on your confirmation. The balance of accommodation will be due approximately 50 days before the scheduled arrival of the booking. Payments must be made by Credit card or BACS

1.3 Cancellation by you
Les Ormes recommends that agents indemnify themselves against cancellation by their clients. The below cancellation charges are applied to all bookings

50 days before arrival full balance 

Any outstanding monies owed may lead to curtailment of future bookings

1.4 Prices

1.4.1 Prices in Euros
All prices quoted in Euros are merely an indication price, our online booking system calculates prices in £ Sterling
and we are not responsible for any costs or charges your bank levies for currency conversion.

Les Ormes internet is a free service for Les Ormes self-catering guests, Les Ormes cannot guarantee the security of this service and you use at your own risk. Due to the nature of public Wi-Fi, Les Ormes cannot guarantee that your computer or device will be able to connect.  

2.4 The Contract
All contractual obligations arising from this contract come into existence in Jersey and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Jersey Courts. The contract remains privy between the agent and Les Ormes, no rights of 3^rd party exist.
